The nine-second clip, captured on May 8, was only discovered after investigators trawled through three-day’s worth of security camera footage following the burglary.
Police say the suspect used a set of copied keys to gain access to the building multiple times over a weekend – coming and going between 10 to 15 times before helping himself to a laptop and cash.
His”pop and lock” break-dancing performance was recorded when he broke in for the first time as he celebrated his success, according to the Fresno Bee.
Fresno Police Lieutenant Joe Gomez told YourCentralValley.com: “I looked at the video. It’s really hysterical.”
Seale was arrested after returning to the office with the £1,850 ($2,500) computer on Tuesday morning claiming to be doing business for an attorney in the building.
An employee didn’t believe him and he showed her a key and opened the door in the middle of the day before taking off, it’s reported.
Officers caught up with him and he initially provided them with a false name and had several warrants.

It is not known how Seale was able to obtain copies of the building’s keys, police said.
Staff at the firm have already ensured the locks have been changed.
